Large Incense Burner Egypt,19th century

Large and spectacular incense burner and its finely engraved brass plateau, inlaid with silver and red copper. Very beautiful calligraphy in kufic and thuluth writing on all sides and tray, in cartouches ,alternating with geometric and floral motifs.  Bronze handles. Syria ( or Egypt?), 19th century
