Jules Ferdinand MEDARD, painter of flowers, born in Anzin in 1855. French School.
Pupil of Jean-Marie Reignier in Lyon, he started to exhibit at the Salon of this city in 1878, and exhibited there regularly until 1920.
He also exhibited at the Paris Salon in 1878 and 1879.
The museum of Lyon preserves of him ” Crown of camellias “.
