Bamboo, lacquer and ivory tea table with removable lower leaf.
Decorated with birds and fans . Bamboo structure, ivory handles engraved with figures, two small satzuma porcelain saucers included on each side.

Formerly founded by A. Perret in 1879, this company became under the leadership of his son the house Perret-Vibert in 1886, and then became “the house of bamboos” in 1890.
Its speciality was carved wooden furniture of Far Eastern inspiration, and lacquered furniture, which the whole of the international elite loved.
Good general condition, slightly used lacquer.
